Mr. Onesim, he has served as Independent Commissioner since 2015. He received the education in AKABRI Darat, Indonesia, in 1978 and SESKO ABRI, Indonesia, in 1999. Previously, he also served as Expert Staff in Polkamnas field of TNI Commander, on the Indonesian National Army since 2012, and Military Area Command VI Mulawarman with the latest postion as Chief of Staff on the Indonesian National Army (2010-2012).
