Cultural diversity refers to the variety of cultural and ethnic groups that exist in our society. These groups can be based on people’s age, gender, ethnicity, or religion, among many other characteristics. In the workplace, cultural diversity involves employees from different backgrounds working together in an inclusive environment.
To increase a sense of belonging by building a culture that actively embraces cultural diversity, PT Vallianz Offshore Maritim conducted cultural diversity socialization on 26 January 2024. We also combined it with some games/team building activities that are a great way to promote understanding and acceptance of different cultures in the workplace. With these activities, employees can acknowledge their diverse cultures and strengthen their bonds.
