As part of PT Vallianz Offshore Maritim’s commitment to developing excellent, competent, and competitive human resources, the company successfully organised the 2025 Crew Seminar for all ship crews. The seminar, themed “Strength in Unity: A Culture of Respect, Readiness, and Wellbeing,” was held at Diradja Hotel – South Jakarta.
This crew seminar was designed to strengthen a culture of mutual respect in the maritime work environment, enhance professional readiness in vessel operations, and increase awareness of the importance of crew health, safety, and wellbeing. These elements are essential in supporting safe and reliable offshore and maritime operations.
