The Importance of Fire Drills in the Workplace
A fire drill is an emergency simulation conducted to prepare all building occupants to respond effectively in the event of a real fire. This activity is an essential part of the building safety and occupational safety program for all employees and tenants

Through fire drill activities, building occupants can better understand emergency evacuation procedures, recognize evacuation routes, and learn how to act appropriately during emergency situations.
Without planned and regular evacuation exercises, panic is likely to occur when facing an actual fire. Therefore, the implementation of fire drills becomes a key element in occupational safety management systems, fire risk mitigation, and the protection of all building occupants.
This fire drill was officially organized by the management of Capital Place Building and was conducted on November 13, 2025. As a tenant, PT. Vallianz Offshore Maritim (PTVOM) is required to participate in this activity as part of its occupational safety obligations and compliance with building safety regulations for all employees.
