Policies

PTVOM commitment to provide clear guidelines for all level employees to ensuring consistency and compliance with organizational values and legal standards as well as creating a safe, healthy, ethical space and bring harmony among all employees.

Our people sometimes work in demanding and different conditions, e.g., low light, low visibility, and/or bad weather. They may have many different hazards to manage, whether in offshore locations, public jetty as required by charterer, or the transport of people, equipment, and material / products. Whatever they do, they always ensure that they can operate safely before they start work.

We continue to improve and strengthen the safety culture and leadership among our employees and crew as well as our contractor. This aligns with our focus on caring for people. The set of eight PTVOM Operation Safety Rules came into the organization to prevent accidents and reduce people’s exposure to potential incidents.  These 8 rules seek to eliminate, control or minimise common hazards to enhance occupational health and safety.
